Welcome to InviteWeds (“InviteWeds”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). InviteWeds provides an online platform that enables couples to share wedding events and allows invited guests or participants (“Guests”) to discover and join such events through our website and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using InviteWeds, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

InviteWeds is a technology platform only. We do not organize, manage, host, supervise, or control weddings, events, travel, accommodation, food, or any on-ground arrangements.

InviteWeds:

• Does not own or operate events

• Is not an event planner, tour operator, or insurer

• Is not a party to any agreement between Couples and Guests

All interactions, decisions, and participation are at the user’s own discretion and risk.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

• If you are below 18, parental or legal guardian consent is required

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information

InviteWeds may allow a third party to create a profile on behalf of a couple. In such cases:

• The third party confirms they have proper authorization

• The Couple remains responsible for all provided information and actions

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials

• All activities under your account

Notify us immediately at inviteweds@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. InviteWeds is not responsible for losses caused by your failure to secure your account.

For Couples

Couples may:

• Create public or limited event profiles

• Share wedding details, schedules, and participation options

• Assign a trusted contact person for coordination

Couples are fully responsible for:

• Accuracy of event details

• Safety, legality, and conduct of the event

• Compliance with applicable laws

InviteWeds may remove or restrict profiles at its discretion.

For Guests

Guests may:

• Browse available wedding events

• Request participation through the platform

InviteWeds does not guarantee availability, acceptance, or quality of any event.

InviteWeds may facilitate payments between Guests and Couples as a limited payment collection agent.

• Platform fees and transaction fees may apply

• Fees, pricing, or commission structures may change

• InviteWeds does not control bank delays or currency conversion charges

Payments made through InviteWeds are considered payments made directly to the Couple.

Refunds and cancellations depend on:

• Event timelines

• Actions of the Couple or Guest

• External circumstances beyond control

InviteWeds may, at its discretion: Facilitate a refund (minus applicable fees), or Assist in finding an alternative event. InviteWeds does not guarantee refunds in all situations.

Events affected by weather, government restrictions, emergencies, or unforeseen conditions may be cancelled or modified. InviteWeds is not liable for losses arising from such situations.

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, including text, images, videos, and personal data. By uploading content, you grant InviteWeds a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content for:

• Platform operation

• Marketing and promotion

• Social media and public display

You confirm that you have all required permissions from individuals shown in your content.

You agree not to:

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

InviteWeds processes personal data in accordance with India’s IT Act & DPDP Act, 2023 and Applicable international data protection laws. For details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

InviteWeds may contain links to third-party websites or social platforms. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. InviteWeds makes no warranties regarding accuracy or reliability of content, event quality or safety, or availability or uninterrupted access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InviteWeds shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to InviteWeds in the last six (6) months, or INR equivalent of USD 100, whichever is lower.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InviteWeds, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

InviteWeds may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, illegal or harmful activity, or prolonged inactivity. Termination may occur without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

InviteWeds may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the updated Terms.
